老年干眼症并2型糖尿病患者SIt、BUT和FL变化分析

摘　　要：目的对老年干眼症合并2型糖尿病患者的泪液分泌实验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和角膜荧光素染色(FL)水平变化进行分析。方法选取100例(200只眼)>65周岁干眼症合并2型糖尿病患者为实验组,另选取同期>65周岁非糖尿病干眼症患者100例(200只眼)为对照组。比较两组患者SIt、BUT和FL评分变化。结果实验组SIt、BUT水平为(7.03±3.17)mm、(4.67±2.01)s明显低于对照组的(12.08±4.12)mm、(7.41±3.39)s,FL评分(1.56±1.06)分高于对照组的(0.56±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年干眼症合并2型糖尿病患者SIt、BUT减少,FL水平升高,因此控制好血糖水平可更有效改善干眼症症状。Objective To analyze the changes of schirmer I test（SIt）, tear breakup time（BUT） and corneal fluorescein staining（FL） in senile xerophthalmia patients combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases（200 eyes） with xerophthalmia combined with type 2 diabetes who over 65 years old were selected as experimental group, 100 cases（200 eyes） who without xerophthalmia and type 2 diabetes over 65 years old at the same period were selected as control group. The changes of SIt, BUT and FL score were analyzed between the two groups. Results The SIt and BUT in the experimental group were（7.03±3.1）mm and（4.67±2.01）s respectively, which were significantly lower than（12.08±4.12）mm and（7.41±3.39）s in the control group, and the FL score of experimental group was（1.56±1.06）scores, which was significantly higher than（0.56±0.31）scores of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The SIt, BUT and FL of senile xerophthalmia patients combined with type 2 diabetes are reduced and the level of FL is raised, control blood glucose can be more effective in improving the symptoms of xerophthalmia.
