摘  要:随着技术的进步与社会的发展,柔性电子器件与人体集成是电子信息与健康医疗紧密结合的必然趋势.具有可拉伸、可变形、超柔性等特点的类皮肤固体电子器件能与人体长时间舒适集成,未来将在医学诊断、医学治疗、人机交互和机器人环境感知等领域发挥重要作用.本文以超薄类皮肤固体电子器件研究为主题,重点介绍其在体温、体表应变、血氧、血糖等人体基本生理参数连续监测以及生物能量收集方面的应用进展.随着人工智能的成熟和大数据环境的完善,类皮肤固体电子将在人类未来的生命健康领域发挥不可替代的作用.Directly integrating the flexible and stretchable electronics with the human body has become a developing trend that is promising in healthcare.Skin-like flexible electronics that can seamlessly produce soft and conformal contact with the human body are of large significance for clinical diagnosis,therapy,and humanmachine interfacing,as well as for the sensing function of robots and so on.Here,we review on the recent progress of flexible and skin-like solid electronics with specific emphasis on the application in the long-term and continuous monitoring of basic human physical parameters,such as body temperature,surficial strain,blood oxygen,and blood glucose,as well as energy harvesting.Along with the rapid development in big data and artificial intelligence,flexible and skin-like solid electronics are believed to play an important role in human life research and medical applications.
