中医真武汤加减疗法治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:结合临床实践,对心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者接受中药真武汤加减疗法的效果进行观察和讨论。方法:将74例心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者纳为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组患者接受传统西医治疗方法,而观察组患者则在对照组的基础上接受中医真武汤加减疗法,并对两组患者治疗前后的左室舒张期末内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(left ventricular fractional shortening,LVFS)变化情况、疗效以及并发症情况进行统计和分析。结果:观察组患者的LVEDD、LVEF、LVFS变化情况和治疗效果均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有1例患者发生了不良反应,对照组有7例患者发生了不良反应,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者接受治疗的过程中,真武汤加减疗法结合西医治疗不仅可以改善治疗效果,而且还能够减少不良反应的发生,为患者的临床治疗提供了良好保障。Objective： To observe and discuss the therapeutic effect of zhenwu decoction in patients of chronic heart failure with heart kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods： In this study, 74 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 37 cases. The patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while the patients in the observation group received zhenwu decoction subtraction therapy on the basis of the therapy for the control group. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS） were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Changes were compared between the two groups for total treatment efficacy and complications. Results： After treatment, the patients in the observation group had better LVEDD, LVEF, LVFS changes and treatment effects than control group（P〈0.05）.There was one case of adverse reaction in the observation group, while 7 patients in the control group experienced adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For heart kidney Yang deficiency type patients with chronic heart failure, zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine treatment can not only improve the treatment effect but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which provides a good guarantee for the patients＇ clinical outcome.
