内层棉布外层医用无纺布复合包装在手术器械灭菌中的闭合性能和阻菌效果  

Inclosed and Bacteriostatic Effect of Compound Packaging Material on Internal Cotton and External Non-woven in Sterilization of Surgical Instruments

摘　　要：目的:探讨内层棉布外层医用无纺布复合包装在手术器械灭菌中的闭合性能和阻菌效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月200个相同规格的手术器械包随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各100个。对照组采用双层医用无纺布包装,研究组采用内层棉布外层医用无纺布复合包装。所有手术器械包在经灭菌后,化学指示剂、物理参数检测均合格的情况下,比较两组闭合性能。将所有灭菌后的手术器械包存放在无菌物品存放区,于储存7、14、21、30、60、90 d时进行细菌学检测,比较两组细菌培养阳性发生数。结果:灭菌后,研究组闭合性能检测中没有出现散包、湿包、破损等情况,闭合性能合格率100%;对照组出现2个散包、2个湿包、10个破损情况,闭合性能合格率86.00%;比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同储存时间两组细菌培养阳性发生数均为0个,比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在阻菌效果方面,双层医用无纺布包装与内层棉布外层医用无纺布复合包装均有良好的效果,均可在3个月内有效阻隔细菌。但在闭合性能方面,内层棉布外层医用无纺布复合包装的闭合性能优于双层医用无纺布包装,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective：To investigate the inclosed and bacteriostatic effect of compound packaging material on internal cotton and external non-woven in sterilization of surgical instruments.Method：A total of 200 same size surgical instrument packages from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group had 100 packages.The control group was used double medical non-woven packages,the study group was used internal cotton and external non-woven packages.After sterilization of all surgical instrument packages,the detection of chemical indicators and physical parameters were qualified.The inclosed effect was compared between the two groups.All the sterilized surgical instrument packages in the aseptic storage area,50 packages selected from each group were detected at 7,14,21,30,60 and 90 d for bacteriological detection.The number of positive bacterial cultures was compared between the two groups.Result：There were no disperse packages,wet packages and broken packages in the study group after sterilization,and the qualified rate of inclosed effect was 100%;2 wet packages and 10 broken packages were found in the control group,and the qualified rate of inclosed effect was 86.00%;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.In each storage time,the positive rate of bacterial culture in the two groups was 0,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of double medical non-woven packages and the internal cotton and external non-woven packages has good at bacteriostatic effect,they can effectively block bacteria within 3 months.The internal cotton and external non-woven packages is better than double closed medical non-woven packages in the inclosed effect,it is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
