2012-2016年乌鲁木齐市天山区法定报告传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的掌握2012—2016年新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区法定传染病流行及变化趋势,为完善法定传染病的防控措施提供参考方案。方法收集整理2012—2016年中国疾病预防控制疾病监测信息报告管理系统中乌鲁木齐市天山区报告的甲乙丙类法定报告传染病监测数据,对数据资料进行统计学分析。结果 2012—2016年乌鲁木齐市天山区法定传染病共报告29 669例,报告病种25种,平均发病率786.95/10万,各年度差异有统计学意义(χ~2=454.51,P<0.001);死亡271例,平均死亡率为7.13/10万,各年度差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.79,P<0.001),病死率0.92%;报告发病数、发病率均在前五位的病种依次为乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、手足口病、其他感染性腹泻和梅毒。结论血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病是乌鲁木齐市天山区防控的重点传染病。Objective To understand the epidemic status and trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Tianshan district of Urumqi from 2012 to 2016, and provide reference for perfecting the measures of control and prevention of infectious disease.Methods All surveillance data of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Tianshan district of Urumai were collected from Reporting and Managing System of Disease Control and Prevention in China from 2012 to 2016,. and analyzed statistically.Results All 29 669 cases of 25 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in Tianshan district of Urumqi during 2012—2016, with the average incidence rate of 786.95/100 000, and the difference was statistical among the years（χ^2=454.51, P〈0.001）. There were 271 death cases reported with average mortality rate of 7.13/100 000 and fatality rate of 0.92%; the difference in the annual morbidities was statistical among years（χ^2=15.79, P〈0.001）. The number and incidence of the first five reported diseases was orderly hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hand foot and mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea and syphilis.Conclusions Blood-borne diseases, sexual transmitted diseases and respiratory infectious diseases are the key infectious diseases of prevention and control in Tianshan district of Urumqi.
