摘 要:以筛选出的工业纳米材料和丙烯酸酯成品胶为原料,将纳米材料与成品胶采用不同分散工艺复合,研究纳米材料复合丙烯酸酯成品胶的抗紫外性能。综合紫外和可见光透过率测试结果,最佳工艺条件为:纳米分散方法为研磨+超声处理的方式、纳米溶液添加量为1.5%~2.0%、搅拌速度:800~1200rpm、反应时间:3~4h,在波长190~230nm之间,紫外透过率小于5%;在波长230~380nm之间,其紫外平均透过率为17%;在波长380~760nm可见光区,其平均透过率为59%;在波长760~1100nm红外区,其平均透过率为70%以上。The selected industrial nanomaterials and acrylate adhesive is used as raw materials to composite with various dispersion processes, then the anti-ultraviolet property of nanomaterial composite acrylate adhesive is studied. Considering both the ultraviolet and visible light transmittance test results, the optimal process conditions are obtained as follows: the grinding + ultrasonic treatment is adopted, the adding amount of nano solution is 1.5%-2.0%, the stirring rate is 800-1200rpm and the reaction time is 3-4h. When the wavelength is between 190-230nm, the UV transmittance is less than 5%. The average UV transmittance is 17% in the wavelength of 230-380nm. The average transmittance is 59% in the visible light region with a wavelength of 380-760nm. The average transmittance is over 70% in the infrared region with a wavelength of 760-1100nm.
