摘 要:采用浸渍法制备ZnO-TiO_2复合光催化剂,研究其催化性能,即研究在氙灯的光源下对10mg/L的亚甲基蓝降解的可行性,主要讨论ZnO-TiO_2复合材料的比例、光照时间、ZnO-TiO_2复合材料的焙烧温度等因素对亚甲基蓝降解的影响,探究最佳反应条件,并通过XRD、SEM等测试手段对所制备的ZnO-TiO_2纳米光催化剂的形貌、结构及化学组成等进行表征。研究结果表明:焙烧温度、复合比例对ZnO-TiO_2复合光催化剂的催化活性有很大的影响,随着复合比例和焙烧温度的增加,ZnO-TiO_2的光催化活性逐渐升高,亚甲基蓝的降解效率也随之增大。The ZnO-TiO2 composite photocatalyst is prepared by impregnation method. The feasibility of the degradation of methylene blue with a concentration of 10mg/L under the light source of xenon lamp is studied. The effects of ZnO-TiO2 composite proportion, illumination time and calcination temperature on the degradation of methylene blue are discussed. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained. And the morphology, structure and chemical composition of ZnO-TiO2 nano-catalyst are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) and other testing method. The results show that the calcination temperature and composite proportion has a great effect on the catalytic activity of ZnO-TiO2 composite photocatalyst; along with the increase of ZnO-TiO2 composite proportion and calcination temperature, the photocatalytic activity of ZnO- TiO2 is enhanced gradually, and the degradation efficiency of methylene blue is also improved.
