五倍子粉敷脐对慢性咳嗽的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察五倍子粉敷脐对慢性咳嗽的效果及护理干预疗效。结果选择2016年7月—2017年8月本院收治的80例慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者采用西医对症药物支持治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合五倍子粉敷脐治疗配合护理干预,分别观察和比对两组患者临床治疗效果。方法观察组患者临床总有效率98.0%,显著高于对照组患者临床总有效率82.4%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.078,P=0.041)。观察组患者VAS评分、症状积分改善评分、年复发指数均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意意义(P<0.05)。结论五倍子粉敷脐对慢性咳嗽的效果确切,但为确保疗效,需要做好相关护理措施,以达成临床治疗时效性和安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy of gallnut powder applied on navel in treating chronic cough and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients suffered chronic cough were chose as the observation object,they hospitalized in our hospital during July 2016 and August 2017,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received symptomatic drug support treatment by using western medicine and the patients in observation group received gallnut powder applied on navel and nursing intervention strategies additionally for treatment. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group（ 98.0%） was significantly higher than 82.4% of the control group（ Z =-2.078,P = 0.041）. The score of VAS,the improvement of symptom score and the recurrence index in the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions The application of gallnut powder on navel in treating chronic cough achieves exact efficacy, relative nursing intervention is needed for better efficacy,timeliness and safety.
