广西边境地区偷渡活动成因及对策研究

摘　　要：打击边境地区偷渡活动是营造和谐边疆环境的必然要求,也是"一带一路"倡议顺利实施的必要保障。目前,广西边境地区偷渡入境活动呈现高发态势,偷渡方式日趋多元,境内外"蛇头"相互勾结,反偷渡形势异常严峻。对此,公安机关应充分利用高科技手段,加强警民间的联系,对边境线实施联合布控,并通过加强地区之间以及国际间的警务合作,加大对偷渡活动的打击力度。Combating human smuggling in border areas is essential to the harmonious border environment and the smooth implementation of ＂The Belt and Road＂initiative. Nowadays,combating human smuggling is urgently needed because illegal entry in the border areas of Guangxi is on the rise,human smuggling is becoming increasingly diverse,and ＂snakeheads＂at home and abroad are collaborating with each other. To this end,the public security authorities should make full use of high-tech means to strengthen the relationship between the police and the residents,carry out joint supervision along the border,strengthen regional and international policing cooperation so as to increase the efforts of cracking down human smuggling.
