摘　　要：为了更好地发挥警务微博的现实作用,落实评价环节,助力公安新闻舆论工作。在分析警务微博自身定位和预期效果的基础上,构建了包括内部建设指标、外部效果指标两个维度的警务微博评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法对指标权重进行计算,进而根据实际数据对29个省级警务微博进行初步评分,然后应用折衷型模糊决策法侧重各省实际发展情况逐一深入评价。最后得出评价结论,并结合国内警务微博发展现状提出工作建议,以期为警务微博一线维护单位提供一套简单、方便、有效的评价方法。In order to bring into better play the role of the police micro-blogs,it is necessary to evaluate its performance in the news and public opinion control of public security authorities. Based on analyzing police micro-blog＇s role and the expected effect,this paper proposes an evaluation system which applies F-AHP to calculate the weight of the internal and external indexes. After calculating the scores of the actual data of 29 provincial police micro-blogs,an in-depth evaluation of police micro-blog＇s development in each province is made by using the eclectic fuzzy decision-making method. Finally,evaluation conclusions are drawn and some suggestions are put forward so as to provide a simple,convenient and effective evaluation method for the police micro-blog＇s operating authorities.
