摘  要:高温清净性是柴油机油重要的使用性能,研究了一种用凝胶色谱测定分散剂数均分子质量的方法来评价CI-4 15W-40柴油机油的高温清净性。测定了两种柴油机油中分散剂的数均分子质量,一个为11 870,另一个为5986。用曲轴箱模拟试验评价了这两种柴油机油的高温清净性,发现分散剂数均分子质量较大的柴油机油,其高温清净性较好。凝胶色谱评价结果与曲轴箱模拟试验结果具有一致性,可以用凝胶色谱快速评价CI-4 15W-40柴油机油的高温清净性。Elevated temperature detergency was an important performance of Diesel engine oil.A gel chromatography method for determining the number average molecular weight of dispersant was used to evaluate the elevated-temperature detergency of CI-4 15 W-40 Diesel engine oil.The number average molecular weight of dispersants in two Diesel engine oils was measured,and one was 11 870 and the other was 5986.The elevated temperature detergency of the two Diesel engine oils was evaluated by crankcase simulation test.It was found that the Diesel oil with a large number of dispersants and a high number average molecular weight had good elevated temperature detergency.The gel chromatographic evaluation results were consistent with the crankcase simulation test results.Gel chromatography could be used to quickly evaluate the elevated temperature detergency of CI-4 15 W-40 Diesel engine oil.
