摘  要:传动液(或摩擦油)的摩擦特性直接影响到无级变速器的传动效率和使用寿命,采用环-块摩擦试验机来评价。参照环-块摩擦试验机的条件,可以利用微牵引力试验机来模拟环-块摩擦试验机评价传动液(或摩擦油)的摩擦特性,为研制传动液(或摩擦油)提供技术支持。同时微牵引试验机还可以用来评价减摩剂的减摩效果。The transmission efficiency and service life of the continuously variable transmission was directly affected by the frictional characteristics of the transmission fluids(or frictional oils).A ring-block frictional machine was used for evaluation.Referring to the conditions of the ring-block friction machine,a mini-traction machine could be used to simulate a ring-block friction machine to evaluate the frictional characteristics of the transmission fluids(or frictional oils).Technical support was offered for the development of transmission fluids(or frictional oils).At the same time,the mini-traction machine could also be used to evaluate the friction reduction effect of frictional modifier.
