摘  要:目的:探讨健康教育联合耳穴压豆对高血压患者的干预效果。方法:选择2016年5月-2017年4月入院的高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,每组120例。所有患者均接受常规药物治疗,干预组在此基础上实施健康教育联合耳穴压豆治疗,比较两组患者入院后10 d的血压情况和健康知识知晓率的差异。结果:经过治疗,两组患者血压较入院前均有显著下降,但干预组患者血压下降程度与对照组比较更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者在高血压常见并发症、饮食管理、血压监测知识、运动知识、服药依从性、耳穴压豆知识等健康知识掌握程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合耳穴压豆降低血压作用明显,深受患者和家属的欢迎,提高了患者的满意度,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Objective:To explore the effect of health education combined with auricular point pressing on hypertension patients.Method:A total of 240 hypertension patients in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were divided into intervention group and control group,120 patients in each group according to table of random numbers.All patients received conventional drug treatment,while the intervention group received health education combined with auricular point pressing.The difference of blood pressure and health knowledge were analyzed between the two groups after admission 10 days.Result:After treatment,two groups had a significant decrease in blood pressure before admission,the decrease degree of blood pressure in the intervention group was more obvious than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The degree of mastery of health knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health education combined with auricular point pressing is obvious on reducing blood pressure.The treatment is well received by patients and their families,can improve patient's satisfaction,achieved good economic and social benefits.
