模拟手指护理干预对会阴裂伤产妇护理满意度及切口愈合时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析模拟手指护理干预对会阴裂伤产妇护理满意度及切口愈合时间的影响。方法:将2016年10月-2017年11月因会阴裂伤症状于本院进行治疗的92例产妇作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将所有入选对象分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规护理,于会阴切开时穿戴无菌手套操作;观察组在常规护理基础上,使用模拟手指套对产妇会阴进行切开与缝合处理。对比两组产妇对护理服务的满意度、切口状况、愈合时间及疼痛程度的差异。结果:观察组产妇对护理服务总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口暴露率、切口感染率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇经产后护理,VAS疼痛评分均显著降低,观察组产后1、2、3 d VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05)。结论:临床中针对会阴裂伤产妇,在常规护理的基础上应用模拟手指护理干预可有效缓解产妇疼痛症状,改善其切口愈合时间,减少切口暴露与切口感染发生率,且该护理模式产妇满意度较高,有临床推广应用价值。Objective：To analyze the effect of simulated finger nursing intervention on the nursing satisfaction of patients with episiotomy and incision healing.Method：From October 2016 to November 2017,92 maternal women treated by our hospital for symptoms of perineal laceration were selected as the study subjects.All subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping method. The control group was given routine nursing and wearing sterile gloves during incision of perineal.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group used the simulated finger sleeve to cut and suture the perineum of the parturient.The differences of satisfaction,incision status,healing time and pain degree of two groups of patients were compared.Result：The total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The exposure rate and incision infection rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,VAS pain scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The VAS pain scores of the observation group on the 1,2,3 day after delivery were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application for maternal perineal laceration,simulating finger nursing intervention can effectively alleviate pain symptoms on the basis of routine nursing,improve the wound healing time,reduce the incidence of incision infection and incision exposure,and the nursing mode of maternal satisfaction has higher clinical application value.
