腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿过程中应用手术室护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿过程中应用手术室护理干预的效果。方法:选取2015年8月-2017年8月本院收治的良性卵巢囊肿患者163例,按照护理方法不同将其分为A组(n=81)和B组(n=82)。两组均给予腹腔镜微创手术治疗,A组给予常规护理干预,B组在A组基础上给予手术室护理干预。比较两组护理效果及手术相关指标。结果:B组患者健康知晓率、患者满意度均高于A组,不良心理发生率低于A组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组手术时间、排气时间、出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间均优于A组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿过程中应用手术室护理干预,可有效改善患者的临床手术指标,提升护理效果,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the application of operation room during the treatment of benign ovarian cyst by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Method：A total of 163 patients with benign ovarian cyst admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into A group（n=81） and B group（n=82）.They were treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,A group was given routine nursing intervention,and B group was given operation room nursing intervention on the basis of A group.The nursing effects and operation related indexes between two groups were compared.Result：The awareness rate and satisfaction degree of B group were higher than those of A group,and the incidence of bad psychology was lower than that of A group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The operation time,exhaust time,bleeding volume,get out of bed time and hospitalization time in B group were better than those of A group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of nursing intervention in operation room in treatment of benign ovarian cyst by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery can effectively improve the clinical operation index and improve the nursing effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
