比较经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效

摘　　要：目的对经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效进行分析和探讨。方法在本院2016年2月~2017年3月期间收治的输尿管结石患者抽取80例作为研究对象,选定后使用随机数表法将80例患者分为两组,对照组和观察组,各40例,分别给予患者经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗和钬激光碎石术治疗,治疗结束后,对比两组患者各自的临床疗效。结果相较于对照组患者,观察组患者各项一般手术指标值以及BUN、Cr指标值均更优(P<0.05);此外,观察组患者一次性清石率和术后并发症总发生率分别为90.00%、7.50%,对照组患者分别为77.50%、27.50%,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于输尿管结石患者而言,采用经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗可获得较经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术更好的疗效,患者治疗安全性和治疗有效性均能够得到有效提升。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 80 cases of ureteral calculi patients admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects. After the selection, 80 patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, each with 40 cases.The patients were treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the general operation index values and BUN and Cr index values of the patients in the observation group were all better（P〈0.05）. In addition, the observation group of patients of disposable clear stone rate and the incidence of postoperative complications total 90.00%, 7.50% respectively, the control group patients were 77.50%, 27.50%, two groups of data comparison, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy via ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy via also obtained better curative effect, safety and effectiveness of treatment of patients can be effectively promoted.
