摘 要:目的:探讨心肺脑复苏患者气管插管时间的影响因素及对策分析。方法:回顾性分析2016年9月-2017年8月本院重症医学科收治100例心肺脑复患者,依据气管插管时间是否超过黄金时间,分为观察组(>5 min,n=39)和对照组(≤5 min,n=61)。统计所有心肺脑复苏患者的临床资料和抢救情况,采用单因素分析法筛选其抢救过程中气管插管时间的影响因素,采用Logistic回归分析法筛选其气管插管时间的独立危险因素。结果:单因素分析法显示,两组性别、呼吸道异物比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组年龄、血氧饱和度、医师插管经验、插管难度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析法显示,年龄、血氧饱和度、医师插管经验、插管困难是心肺脑复苏患者气管插管时间独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、血氧饱和度、医师插管经验、插管困难是影响心肺脑复苏患者气管插管时间的独立危险因素,可重点针对以上因素从而制定一个科学合理的及时气管插管干预对策方案。Objective:To study the influence factors and the countermeasure analysis of tracheal intubation time in cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation.Method:A total of 100 cases with cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were retrospectively analysed.All patients were divided into observation group(5 min,n=39)and control group(≤5 min,n=61)according to whether tracheal intubation time was over prime time.The clinical datas of patients were collected and analyzed,the influence factors of tracheal intubation time were analyzed by using the single factor analysis,the independent risk factors of tracheal intubation time were analyzed by using the Logistic regression.Result:The single factor analysis showed that there were no statistically significant in gender and foreign body in respiratory tract between the two groups(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant in age,blood oxygen saturation,physicians experience,the difficulty of tracheal intubation between two groups(P〈0.05).The logistic regression showed that age,blood oxygen saturation,physician experience,the difficulty of tracheal intubation were the independent risk factors of tracheal intubation time for cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Age,blood oxygen saturation,physician experience,the difficulty of tracheal intubation are the independent risk factors of tracheal intubation time for cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation,it can focus on the above factors to establish a scientific and reasonable timely trachea intubation intervention countermeasures.
