摘  要:目的:探讨二维超声+四维超声在不同孕周胎儿畸形诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年12月-2017年11月本院不同孕周孕妇128例,按照孕周不同分为孕早期(孕11~17+6周)42例、孕中期(孕18~27+6周)43例、孕后期(孕28~40+6周)43例。对上述不同孕周孕妇进行二维超声检查,并对初步怀疑为胎儿畸形的孕妇进行二维超声联合四维超声检查。结果:二维超声联合四维超声对不同孕周孕妇的畸形胎儿的总体检出率为96.00%,高于二维超声的64.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二维超声联合四维超声对不同类型畸形胎儿的总体诊断准确率为92.00%,高于二维超声的60.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声+四维超声在不同孕周胎儿畸形诊断中的应用效果肯定。Objective:To explore the application effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and fourdimensional ultrasound on the diagnosis of fetal malformation in different gestational weeks.Method: A total of 128 pregnant women with different gestational weeks from December 2015 to November 2017 were selected,according to gestational weeks,they were divided into early pregnancy 42 cases(gestational 11-17+6 weeks),the middle pregnancy 43 cases(gestational 18-27+6 weeks),the latter pregnancy 43 cases(gestational 28-40+6 weeks).The pregnant women of the above different gestational weeks were examined by two dimensional ultrasound,the pregnant women suspected of fetal malformation were examined by two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound.Result: The overall detection rate of the abnormal fetuses of pregnant women with different gestational weeks was 96.00%,which was higher than 64.00% of two-dimensional ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The overall diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound for different types of fetal malformation was 92.00%,which was higher than 60.00% of the two-dimensional ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound on the diagnosis of fetal malformation in different gestational weeks is positive.
