摘　　要：介绍了美国、德国、日本有关企业消防队的法规标准体系,分析了各自标准的主要特点。提出综合运用法律、行政手段和市场机制,按照责任厘定、风险可控、分类施策、集约高效的原则,完善适应社会主义市场经济体制、有中国特色的企业消防队法律法规和标准体系,推进企业消防队法制化建设、精细化管理和可持续发展。On the base of analyses of law and standards systems of industrial fire brigades in the U.S., Germany and Japan, the article advices to establish China＇s law and standards system about industrial fire brigades by comprehensive use of law, administrative measures and market mechanisms with the principles of hazard control, responsibility limitation, classification and intensive and efficient, to improve the legal system, fine management, and sustainable development of China＇s industrial fire brigades.
