地方应用型本科高校学位论文管理系统的构建与实践——以湖北工程学院为例

摘　　要：针对学位论文工作中容易出现全校(全院)评分内容相近、标准单一,选题方式不够灵活等现象,采用定制化的评分方案、师生双选、规范表格输出,开发了学位论文管理系统。该系统涵盖了学位论文相关的各种任务和操作,将所有纸面工作全部电子化,便于大数据背景下对学位论文质量进行分析,挖掘存在的问题并提出合理的解决方案。试用结果表明,该系统完全能满足高校实际使用需求,同时工作效能也得到大大提高。In view of the phenomenon that in the dissertation work at universities there used to be identical evaluated contents,simple evaluative standards and non-flexible methods for topic selection,this paper has attempted to develop a degree thesis management system which aims at the customization of scoring scheme,mutual selection for teachers and students and normalized table output.This system is paper-free and covers all kinds of tasks and operations related to degree thesis,convenient for the analysis of dissertation quality under the background of big data,the discovery of the existing problems and putting forward reasonable solutions.The trial results show that this system can meet the actual needs of colleges and meanwhile greatly improve the work efficiency.
