服务乌蒙山区农业产业化发展的土地利用分区--以云南省寻甸县为例

摘　　要：[目的]农业产业化能够解决"三农"问题,加快发展现代农业,有效推动乌蒙山区扶贫工作,成为我国社会经济改革与发展领域中的重要内容。[方法]基于服务乌蒙山区农业产业化发展,选择云南省寻甸县,以乡镇为研究单位,构建分区指标体系,综合应用Arc GIS、SPSS等软件,采用系统聚类分析,结合定性修正,确定其土地利用分区结果,并提出了合理的策略及建议。[结果]寻甸县土地利用分区指标体系由土地利用结构、社会经济方面中的耕地比重、林地比重、林业产值、渔业产值、人口密度等指标因子构成,服务于寻甸县的土地利用分区可划分为特色林果业发展区、农产品深加工发展区和有机农产品发展区。[结论]分区结果符合分区域现状与实际,需从政府、企业和农民入手共同推动农业产业化发展,其对探索乌蒙山区农业产业化发展的土地利用分区具有重要理论与现实意义。Agricultural industrialization could solve the problem of agriculture countryside and peasant,speed up the development of agricultural modernization and drive efficiently poverty relief work in Wumeng mountainous area. Based on the service development of agricultural industrialization in Wumeng mountainous area,taking Xundian county,Yunnan province as an example,this paper built a zoning index system to determine its land use zoning result using hierarchical cluster analysis,Arc GIS and SPSS,and put forward reasonable strategies and suggestions.The results indicated that land use zoning index system included proportion of cultivated land and forest land,forestry and fishery output value,population density in land use structure and socioeconomic impacts,and its zoning result consisted of featured forestry and fruit development zone,deep processing of agricultural products development zone,organic products development zone. The results were correspond with the current situation and the reality of zones,and promoted development of agricultural industrialization by government,enterprises and farmers.This study had great theoretical and realistic significance to explore the way of agricultural industrialization development in Wumeng mountainous area.
