新疆新型城镇化发展协调度时空变化及动力因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]基于从人口、社会、经济及土地城镇化,分析新疆新型城镇化发展协调程度及动力因素,以期为提高新疆城镇化水平提供参考依据。[方法]文章选取人口、土地、社会、经济等4个方面11个指标,运用综合评分法、协调度模型及线性回归法等方法对新疆各地区城镇化发展时空格局进行分析,运用熵权法确定权重,综合评价法测算新型城镇化水平。[结果](1)新疆市域人口、土地、经济、社会城镇化发展具有显著差异性,2005~2015年间新疆市域综合城镇化水平在空间上表现出西部及东北部地区显著变化特征,与此同时,新疆各地区城镇化发展协调度均有所提升。(2)地均固定资产投资、地区生产总值、受教育程度等对协调度影响较大,而失业率、GDP等因素对新疆城镇化发展影响不显著。[结论]根据新疆各地区新型城镇化发展特点,制定差异化策略,为制定新型城镇化发展政策提供理论基础。Based on the urbanization of population,society,economy and land,this paper analyzed the coordination degree and motivating factors of Xinjiang＇s new urbanization development,in order to provide reference for improving the urbanization level of Xinjiang. The article selected 11 indicators of population,land,society,economy and other four aspects,and analyzed the spatio-temporal pattern of urbanization development in various regions of Xinjiang by means of comprehensive scoring method,coordination degree model and linear regression method,and applied entropy method.（ 1） The development of population,land,economy,and social urbanization in Xinjiang＇s jurisdiction had significant differences. From 2005 to 2015,the comprehensive urbanization level of Xinjiang＇s jurisdiction showed spatially significant changes in the western and northeastern regions. At the same time,the coordinated development of urbanization in all regions of Xinjiang had increased.（ 2） Factors such as average fixed asset investment,regional GDP,and educational level had a greater impact on coordination,while unemployment,GDP,and other factors had no significant effect on the development of urbanization in Xinjiang. The development of urbanization in Xinjiang is still in its infancy,and the development of urbanization in various regions is not balanced. Different strategies should be formulated according to the characteristics of new urbanization development in various regions of Xinjiang.
