2011年—2016年某三甲医院护理专业论文的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的分析军队某三级甲等综合性医院2011年—2016年护理专业论文产出力情况,为医院护理科研管理提供依据和借鉴。方法从该医院图书馆调取近6年护士以第一作者身份发表的学术论文,运用文献计量学方法,分析评价该医院护理专业论文产出力。结果 6年来医院共发表护理专业论文358篇;年均发文量、人均发文量及占医院论文总数百分比在已有研究的同等规模医院中处于中上水平;核心期刊收录率9.78%;论文被引率31.28%;论文总被引频次320次,篇均被引频次0.89次;核心作者群初步形成。结论该医院护理论文产出力优势明显,内涵质量有待提升,应进一步注重管理效能,提升论文整体质量。Objective To analyse the output force of nursing professional papers in a A-level and Thirdgrade military general hospital during 2011-2016 yr,so as to provide the basis and reference for the nursing scientific research management. Method The academic papers published by nurses in the identity of the leader author in the nearly 6 years from the hospital library were accessed and analysed the output force of nursing professional papers by bibliometric method. Results The hospital has published 358 nursing professional papers in last 6 years;the average annual number of published articles（59.67） and the percentage of total papers in the hospital（32.63%） showed that the hospital was at the middle level compared with the same scale hospital that had been studied;the rate collection by core journals was 9.78%;the cited rate of papers was 31.28%,the total cited frequency was 320 times,and the cited frequency of one paper was 0.89 times;and the Core-author group had formed. Conclusion The output strength of nursing papers in the hospital is obvious,but the connotation quality still need to be improved;the management personnel should pay more attention to the management efficiency and to uplift the output force of nursing professional paper.
