摘  要:以钼酸钠为对照,初步探索了新型络合态钼肥(Gly-Mo)对黄瓜幼苗光合生理的影响。结果显示,随着GlyMo喷施浓度的增加,黄瓜幼苗的各项光合生理指标均呈现上升趋势,在钼浓度为40 mg/L时的效果最佳。与对照相比,喷施Gly-Mo处理的黄瓜幼苗,其F_v’/Fm’、ΦPSⅡ、q P、NPQ等叶绿素荧光参数的差异达到5%显著水平,而各钼浓度处理组的叶绿素含量、光合速率均达到1%差异显著水平。但在钼浓度超过40 mg/L时,各项指标均有所下降,因此,施加过多钼肥可能会对作物产生一定毒害作用。The preliminary study on the effects of new-type glycine-molybdenum complex fertilizer( Gly-Mo) on the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings was carried out by using sodium molybdate as the control. The results showed that the photosynthetic and physiological indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of cucumber seedlings increased observably with the increase in the spraying concentration of Gly-Mo,and the best results were achieved at the molybdenum concentration of 40 mg/L. In comparison with the control,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters( Fv'/Fm',ΦPSⅡ,q P and NPQ) of cucumber seedlings in Gly-Mo spraying treatments were significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and their chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate were very significantly increased( P〈0. 01).However,when the molybdenum concentration of sprayed Gly-Mo exceeded 40 mg/L,all photosynthetic and physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings began to decrease somewhat,suggesting that spraying overmuch Gly-Mo maybe could have harmful effects on cucumber seedlings.
