摘  要:通过对6株田间大型艾美耳球虫早熟选育,经20次传代,潜在期由156h缩短至132h,连续5次无选择压力传代,其潜在期不变,说明所获得的大型艾美耳球虫早熟株遗传性状稳定;早熟株与原始株卵囊的结构有差异(早熟株每个孢子囊舍有1个大折光体而原始株每个孢子囊含有2个小折光体),大小差异不显著;同时对早熟株进行了系统发育分析,进化树显示:大型艾美耳球虫早熟株、原始株及GenBank中兔大型艾美耳球虫18S rDNA序列均聚为一个分支。A precocious line was obtained by selection for early development of oocysts in rabbits. This precocious line(PL) was derived from 6 original strains(OS). The prepatent period of E. magna was reduced from 156 to 132 hours after 20 passages and remained stable after 5 passages without any selection pressure. Oocyst structure of E. magna PL differed from that of E. magna OS(each sporocyst harboured one large refractile body in the E. rnagna PL, instead of the two smaller ones in the t3.. magna OS), but oocyst size between E. magna PL and E. magna OS is not significance;phylogenetic analysis was performed based on 18S rDNA sequence data of E. rnagna PL,E. magna OS,E. magna in the GenBank,the phylogenetic tree shows that E. magna PL,E. magna OS,E. magna in the GenBank form a small branch.
