摘　　要：肛门坠胀是目前肛肠疾病中常见的难治疗疾病之一,近年来发病率有上升趋势,肛门坠胀系患者自觉症状,女性多见,成因复杂。现代医学在治疗上主要是对症治疗,疗效欠佳,病情反复。肛门坠胀这一病名在中医古文献中没有明确记载,与＂后重＂类同。黄德铨教授对其病因病机作了大量研究,提出了有效的治疗方药。文章对黄德铨教授治疗肛门坠胀的临床经验进行分析和总结。The anal pendant expansion is one of common difficult anorectal diseases. The incidence is rising in recent years.The anal pendant expansion is patients＇ self-conscious symptom,commonly in females. The casues are complex. Modern medicine treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment but the curative effect is poor. The name of anal pendant expansion is not explicitly recorded in ancient literature of TCM. Professor HUANG Dequan makes a lot of work on its etiology and pathogenesis and puts forward the effective treatment agent. In this paper,Professor HUANG Dequan＇s clinical experience in the treatment of anal bulge is analyzed and summarized.
