黄祥武以健脾祛湿、活血化瘀法治疗单纯性肥胖症的经验

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,物质水平不断提高,人们的生活饮食习惯和工作方式也不断变化,导致单纯性肥胖症发病率持续上升,肥胖是一系列疾病如糖尿病、高血压、高血脂及动脉粥样硬化等疾病发生发展的高危因子,引起了广泛关注。黄祥武主任医师认为肥胖症的病因主要为饮食不节和劳逸失度,主要病机为脾虚湿盛、血浊为瘀。他根据＂肥白人多痰湿＂的观念,结合张仲景确立的＂病痰饮者,当以温药和之＂治疗原则,结合多年临床经验,采用健脾祛湿、活血化瘀法,在苓桂术甘汤的基础上,自拟加味苓桂术甘汤,用于治疗肥胖症,临床疗效甚好。With the development of economy and improvement of local livelihoods,the habits of human diet and the style of living are changing rapidly. The results lead to the incidence of simple obesity continues to rise. Obesity is a major risk factor for the development of many diseases,including diabetes,hypertension,heperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. HUANG Xiangwu cited the reasons for obesity were dietary irregularities and imbalance of work and leisure. The main pathogenesis was insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness and turbid blood for blood stasis. According to the ＂the fat and white people easy to have phlegm-damp＂theroy and in combination with therapeutic principles of ＂patients with phlegm-damp should be treated with warm drugs＂designed by ZHANG Zhongjing. HUANG Xiangwu treated simple obesity by strengthening spleen,clearing damp and invigorating blood stasis,and designed Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction on the basis of Linggui Zhugan Decoction,and received satisfactory therapeutic effects.
