摘　　要：目的：观察李大可教授治疗HPV感染的临床疗效,探讨滋肾清肝化湿方治疗HPV感染的机理。方法：分析李大可教授对HPV感染患者病因病机的认识,总结其应用滋肾清肝化湿方诊治HPV感染的经验。结果：李师认为本病总属本虚标实,本虚即机体正气不足,此为疾病发生的根本因素;标实为湿热疫毒等侵袭机体不得外出,郁久成毒。治宜标本兼顾,方选滋肾清肝化湿方。此外,临床诊疗中,还需注重患者生活起居、情志饮食方面的配合,体现治未病的理论。结论：李大可教授运用滋肾清肝化湿方治疗HPV感染标本兼顾,疗效显著,值得临床进一步学习与推广。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of treating HPV by Zishen Qinggan Huashi Decoction. Methods： We analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of HPV infection and summed up the experiecen of applying Zishen Qinggan Huashi Decoction for diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection. Results： The main etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is the root deficiency with excessive pathological produces. The vital Qi deficiency is the key pathogenic factor and damp-heat can not ward off,leading to toxin. Zishen Qinggan Huashi Decoction should be used. In addition,we also need to pay attention to the patients＇ life,emotion and diet. Conclusion： Professor LI applies the method of nourishing the kidney and clearing the damp to treat the human papillomavirus infection and has obtained the remarkable effect,and it is worthy of further studying.
