电针夹脊穴结合独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察电针夹脊穴结合独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法：选择从2015年6月—2017年1月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症的患者共70例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各35例。对照组服用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗;观察组采用电针结合独活寄生汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,评价两组VAS评分、JOA评分、简式Mc Gill评分及腰椎活动度,并检测两组患者治疗前后相关炎症因子水平。结果：观察组总有效率94.29%,对照组总有效率77.14%,两组经秩和检验,u=3.1305,P=0.0017,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后VAS评分及简式Mc Gill评分显著降低,JOA评分及腰椎活动度显著升高（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后VAS评分及简式Mc Gill评分明显低于对照组,JOA评分及腰椎活动度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后患者的IL-1、TXB2、TNF-α水平均显著降低;观察组检测的炎症因子水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：电针夹脊穴结合独活寄生汤,在快速改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状的同时,还能提高疗效,降低炎症反应,利于患者的预后及生活质量的改善。Objective： To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji points combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect. Methods： A total of 70 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（ n = 35） according to the random number table. The control group took Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets. The observation group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared,and the VAS score,JOA score,Mc Gill score and lumbar activity were evaluated in the two groups,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77. 14%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups（ u = 3. 1305）. Two groups＇ VAS score and simplified Mc Gill score of patients after treatment decreased significantly. JOA score and lumbar activity increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS score and Mc Gill score in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group. JOA score and lumbar activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of IL-1,TXB2 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.
