摘　　要：目的：探讨针灸联合神经肌肉刺激治疗脑损伤患者肢体障碍的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年3月—2017年3月本院收治的脑损伤患者268例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予神经肌肉刺激治疗,治疗组患者给予针灸联合神经肌肉刺激治疗,治疗结束后对两组临床疗效进行评价,对比治疗前后上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数评分、平衡功能评分,并观察两组患者的不良反应。结果：治疗组与对照组患者的总有效率分别为83.58%、59.70%,治疗组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者的上下肢运动功能评分均较治疗前显著升高,且治疗后治疗组患者的上下肢运动功能评分显著高于治疗后对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者的日常生活能力Barthel指数评分、平衡功能评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗后治疗组患者的日常生活能力Barthel指数评分、平衡功能评分显著高于治疗后对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸联合神经肌肉刺激治疗脑损伤肢体功能障碍患者疗效显著,可有效提高患者肢体运动功能及改善患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation in the treatment of limb disorders in patients with brain injury. Methods： From March 2015-March 2017 in our hospital 268 cases of patients with brain injury as the research objects,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group received neuromuscular stimulation treatment and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation treatment. After treatment,we evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups,lower limb motor function score before and after treatment,daily life Barthel index score,balance function score,and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results： The treatment group and the control group＇s total effective rates were 83. 58% and 59. 70%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,limb motor function of patients in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment and the treatment group＇s upper and lower extremity motor function scores after treatment were higher than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,two groups＇ daily life ability score Barthel index and balance function scores were higher than those before treatment. The treatment group＇s daily life ability score Barthel index and balance function score were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation treatment of brain injury patients with limb dysfunction can effectively improve the limb movement function and the daily living ability of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
