摘  要:目的:探讨恐惧应激对孕鼠行为、学习记忆能力及产仔情况的影响。方法:采用旁观电击法制备恐惧应激孕鼠模型,用旷场实验检测孕鼠的情感行为,用Morris水迷宫的定位航行和空间探索实验评价孕鼠的学习记忆能力,并观察孕鼠产仔数量的变化。结果:与对照组相比,模型组在第7、14、21日垂直得分、水平得分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);第7、14日清洁次数减少,粪便粒数增多,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,模型组第1、2、3日平均逃避潜伏期均延长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);模型组游泳速度减慢,跨台次数减少,20%边缘区域停留时间增长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,模型组孕鼠产仔数减少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:恐惧应激会使孕鼠对环境适应能力下降、学习记忆能力和生育能力受损。Objective: To investigate the effects of fear stress on behavior,learning and memory ability and litter size of pregnant rats. Methods: The fear stress model of pregnant mice was prepared by the bystander electric shock method. Emotional behavior of pregnant rats was detected by open field test. Morris water maze was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of pregnant rats. And we observed the change of litter size in pregnant rats. Results: Compared with the control group,the vertical score and the level score of the model group were decreased on the 7 th,14 th and 21 st day,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). On the 7 th and 14 th day,the number of cleaning of the model group decreased,the number of feces of the model group increased and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group,the average escape latency of the model group was prolonged on the 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd day,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In the model group,the swimming speed was slowed down,the number of crossing the exact location of the paltform decreased and the residence time of 20% edge area increased,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group,the litter size of the model group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Fear stress can decrease the ability of adapting to environment and impair the learning and memory ability and fertility.
