摘　　要：二苯乙烯苷是中药何首乌的主要化学成分之一,具有多种生理活性,被认为是何首乌保肝的主要有效成分。然而近年来随着何首乌肝损伤事件的频发,出现了一些关于二苯乙烯苷肝毒性的研究报道。目前尚未发现有对二苯乙烯苷对于肝脏的作用和作用机制的全面分析总结。文章根据查阅的相关文献对已有的报道进行了整理分析,以期为何首乌二苯乙烯苷使用的安全性和有效性提供依据。2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahydroxyl Diphenylethylene-2-o-β-D-glucoside（ TSG） is one of the main chemical constituents of Polygonum multiflorum thunb which has a variety of physiological activities. TSG is considered to be the main hepatoprotective ingredient of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. However,with the frequent occurrence of liver injury in recent years,there have been some reports on the toxicity of TSG. At present,there is no comprehensive analysis or summary of the effect and mechanism of TSG on liver. In this paper,the author analyzed the existing reports according to the relevant literature,in order to provide the basis for the safety and effectiveness of TSG.
