摘  要:为了满足未来聚变堆用CICC导体的测试需要,中国科学院强磁场科学中心正在研制一套大型的CICC导体测试系统。80k A超导变压器作为导体样品的电流源,是测试系统的关键部件。其绕组由单根Nb Ti股线密绕的初级绕组和采用ITER CC导体绕制的次级绕组组成。首先详细介绍了80k A超导变压器绕组的设计参数和研制过程,然后采用数值方法对其电磁特性进行了仿真分析。最后,采用低温液氦实验和自动电桥平衡测试方法分别对变压器初级绕组和次级绕组进行了详细的研究,从而对超导变压器绕组的电感和磁场分布等电磁特性进行了的准确评估。A large cable- in- conduit -conductor (CICC) test facility was designed and fabricated at the High Magnetic Field Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CHMFL) in order to enable tests on the conductors applied to the future fusion reactor. The key component of the device was an 80 kA superconducting transformer, which was the current source for feeding the conductor samples. The windings of the superconducting transformer consisted of a muhi - turn primary coil and a mi- nor - turn secondary coil. The primary winding was wound by rectangular NbTi superconducting strand and the secondary winding was composed of 4 turns CICC of the ITER CC. In this paper, the design parameters and R & D process were introduced in detail and the FEM was used to simulation the electromagnetic characterization of the transformer. The primary winding was tested in the liquid helium and the secondary winding was tested by using the principle of the auto balance bridge, respectively. The electro- magnetic characterization of the windings of the superconducting transformer was evaluated accurately in this paper.
