摘 要:为提高柜式空调器的整机性能,对其蜗壳的原始结构进行优化改进,将扩压口的左、右侧型线沿顺时针分别旋转角度α、β,得到5种蜗壳型线的改进方案。在使用商业软件FLUENT对不同方案进行数值计算后,将最优结果对应的型线方案制作蜗壳模型。其模拟结果显示:在改型蜗壳的蜗舌、扩压口的左、右侧型线附近以及出口处的流速、静压、总压分布都得到了较大改善,提高了蜗壳出口处的静压和总压。实验结果表明:在不同转速下,装有改型蜗壳的整机风量较原型蜗壳提高了3.38m3/h^19.9m3/h,噪声降低1.0 d B(A)~1.2d B(A),风速提高了0.1m/s^0.53m/s。说明改进蜗壳型线不仅能优化风机性能,还能提高空调器的整机风量和出口风速,并有效降低噪声。In order to improve the overall performance of the cabinet air conditioner, the original structure of the volute was optimized and improved. The left and right lines of the diffuser were rotated angles of α and β along the clockwise. And five im- proved schemes of the volute lines were obtained. After using the commercial software FLUENT to calculate the different schemes, the volute line corresponding to the best results was made into the model. Its simulat results showed that the flow veloc- ity, static pressure and total pressure distribution near the volute tongue, left and right lines of the diffuser and outlet of the modi- fied volute are improved significantly. So the static pressure and total pressure at the outlet of the volute are raised. Compared with the prototype volute, the experimental results show that under different speeds, the air volume of the modified volute is in- creased by 3.38 - 19.9m3/h. The no;se value is reduced by 1.0 - 1.2dB (A) and the wind speed is enhanced by 0. 1 - 0. 53m/s. It illustrates that the volute lii:e can not only optimize the performance of the fan, but also improve the air volume and the outlet wind speed of the air conditioner. Meanwhile, the noise is reduced effectively.
