摘　　要：冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)在冠心病中较为常见,近年来,CTO的研究已成为热点之一,尤以研究其治疗方法为多。成功的治疗可以改善心室功能,缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,改善预后。随着患者对CTO的重视,医生治疗理念的发展及治疗技术的进步,冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变的治疗取得了明显的进展。Chronic total occlusion（CTO） of coronary arteries is more common in coronary heart disease（CHD）. In recent years, CTO research has become one of the hot spots, especially in the study of its treatment methods.Successful treatment can improve ventricular function, ease the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve their quality of life and prognosis. With the patient＇s attention to the CTO, the development of the doctor＇s treatment concept and the progress of the treatment technology, the treatment of chronic total occlusion of coronary artery has been significantly improved.
