摘 要:最新的统计数据显示,2016年我国水泥产量为24.03亿t,同比增长2.5%。水泥工业对石灰石等天然矿产资源的需求量巨大,低品位高镁石灰石越来越多地被应用到水泥熟料生产中,但MgO含量过高会降低水泥的强度,而对熟料矿物而言,硅酸盐相是影响水泥强度的主要因素,因此很多学者研究了MgO对水泥熟料中阿利特的影响。论述了MgO对阿利特形成和水化的影响,以及率值、煅烧制度和掺杂对高镁水泥的影响等方面的国内外研究进展,总结了存在的问题,并提出了进一步研究的建议。The latest statistics show that cement production in China was 2 403 million tons in 2016,an increase of 2. 5% over the same period last year. The cement industry has a huge demand for limestone and other natural mineral resources. Low grade and high magnesium limestone is more and more used in the production of cement clinker,but the high content of MgO will reduce the strength of cement. For clinker minerals,silicate phase is the main factor affecting the strength of cement. So many scholars have studied the influence of MgO on Alite in cement clinker. This paper illustrates the effects of MgO on the formation and hydration of Alite,as well as the research progress on the rate value,the calcining system and the influence of doping on high magnesium cement home and abroad. It also summarizes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for further research.
