整体护理干预对胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者应用整体护理干预的效果。方法:随机抽取30例本院自2016年1月至2017年10月收治的胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(15例)、观察组(15例);给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组整体护理干预;分析两组负面心理、生活质量。结果:负面心理对比显示观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量对比显示观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者整体护理干预,既可改善负面心理,又可提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the effect of overall nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer. Methods： Thirty patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group（n = 15） and observation group（n = 15） The control group routine nursing, giving the observation group overall nursing intervention; analysis of two groups of negative psychological, quality of life. Results：Negative psychological comparison showed that the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; quality of life comparison showed that the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The overall nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer can not only improve the negative psychology, but also improve the quality of life, which deserves clinical promotion.
