摘　　要：国瑞·西安金融中心高350 m,属超高层建筑,工程质量要求高,施工难度大。在超长基础桩施工技术、大体积混凝土浇筑与温控技术、钢板剪力墙裂缝控制技术、狭小场地综合部署、钢结构复杂节点及超大构件焊接安装技术、超高层核心筒综合施工技术、超高层标高与垂直度测量控制技术、超高层垂直运输布局、超高混凝土高压泵送及配合比研究、BIM技术助力超高层施工、绿色施工科技等领域取得了显著的成果,为确保工程质量,节约成本奠定了基础。Glory Xi＇an Financial Center, which is 350m high, is a super-high building, having difficult construction and high construction quality requirements. This project has realized excellent achievements on the aspects of super-long foundation pile construction technique, mass concrete grouting and temperature control technique, steel plate shear wall crack control technique, general deployment on narrow construction site, steel structure complex joint and super-large member welding and installation technique, general construction technique for super-high core tube, elevation and verticality measurement and control technique for super-high building, super-high vertical transportation layout, study on super- high concrete high-pressure pumping and mixing proportion, BIM technique for super-high building construction, and green construction technology, etc. These achievements built solid basis for guarantee of construction quality and reduction of construction cost.
