摘 要:国瑞·西安金融中心超长抗压桩采用湿作业成桩技术,通过桩位偏差控制、反循环成孔控制、钢筋笼吊放及笼顶标高控制、水下灌注桩混凝土控制和基础桩接桩、接筋处理措施,保证了湿作业成桩顺利进行。成桩后在灌注桩桩底及桩侧后压浆,大幅度提高了桩侧摩阻力和桩端承载力。Wet pile filling technique was used for super-long pressure pile construction in Glory Xi'an Financial Center project. A series of measures, such as pile position deviation control, back- cycling hole drilling control, steel cage positioning and cage top elevation control, underwater filling pile concrete control, as well as foundation pile connection and steel reinforcement connection measures, etc., were adopted to successfully guarantee the smooth wet pile filling construction. Post grouting at bottom and sides of the filling pile was adopted to obviously increase the side friction and end bearing capacity of pile.
