摘　　要：国瑞·西安金融中心超高层建筑施工中,考虑施工机械的技术性能、工作原理、钢结构的分节,并结合建筑物的结构形式、施工工艺和施工环境,综合考虑塔式起重机的布置及转换时间节点,结合施工结构特点合理划分流水和钢结构分段,利用塔式起重机转换时间合理调整施工顺序,保证了塔式起重机转换期间现场正常施工。Glory Xi＇an Financial Center is a super-high building. Considering the technical performance and working principle of construction equipment, segmentation of steel structure, structural type of building, construction process and environment, arrangement and transition time node of tower crane, as well as the feature of construction structure, construction sequence and steel structure were reasonably divided, the transition time of tower crane was effectively used to adjust the construction sequence. Normal construction was guaranteed during the tower crane transition.
