摘 要:国瑞·西安金融中心塔楼核心筒施工中,针对钢板易变形、钢筋穿筋及模板固定困难,墙体混凝土浇筑时易裂缝等问题,通过样板墙试验确定混凝土配合比,采用BIM技术降低钢筋绑扎难度,保证了组合剪力墙浇筑质量。During steel plate-concrete composite shear wall construction of Glory Xi'an Financial Center, pipelining construction steps and steel structure segmentation were reasonably determined according to the construction structure characteristics with consideration of the following aspects, such as engineering characteristics, technical performance of construction equipment, segmentation of steel structure, structure type, construction process and environment, arrangement and transition time node of tower crane. The transition time of tower crane was effectively used to adjust the construction sequence, successfully realizing continuous construction during tower crane transition and obtaining favorable practical benefits.
