摘 要:基于往复压缩机典型故障类别,建立往复压缩机典型故障树,给出定性分析表达式;针对压力异常故障故障树,结合单一基本底事件经验概率,进行故障树定量分析,可以得到上层事件(压力异常)的概率;同时,给出了线性三角模糊数求解顶事件概率的方法。研究成果及方法可以为压缩机运行诊断及出厂设计阶段提供理论参考依据。Based on the typical fault types of reciprocating compressors, a typical fault tree of reciprocating compressor is established,and qualitative analysis expressions are given. Aiming at the fault tree of abnormal pressure failure, combined with the empirical probability of single basic event, the fault tree quantitative analysis can get the probability of upper event. At the same time, the method to solve the probability of top event by linear triangular fuzzy number is given. The analytical methods and research results in this paper provide theoretical reference for compressor operation diagnosis and factory design.
