摘 要:设计了一种新型结构的卧式油气分离器,其特点为压缩机机头内置于油气分离器内,新设计的折流板替代了原有的迷宫式折流板,新设计的结构能有效减少整机的噪声,并且对压缩机机头有很好的冷却效果。为探究此油气分离器对油滴的分离效果,本文对整个油分桶进行了建模,基于CFD模拟了气相流场,在此基础上运用DPM离散相模型对不同直径的油滴的运动轨迹进行了仿真。结果表明:机头内置于油气分离器内时会产生大涡流,有利于油滴分离;不同直径的油滴运动轨迹区别很大,新设计的油气分离器的结构能有效分离直径大于20μm的油滴。A new structure of horizontal oil-gas separator which includes the new plates is designed that the compressor is built in it to reduce the noise and cool the compressor with oil effectively. In order to explore the separation effect of oil droplets, the physical and mathematical models are established, the DPM discrete phase model is used to simulate the trajectories of different diameter of oil droplets based on the CFD with simulation of the gas flow field. The results show that the vortexes is beneficial to the separation of oil droplets, the trajectory of oil droplets with different diameters is quite different, and the oil droplets with a diameter of more than 20μm can be separated effectively.
