摘 要:大型往复压缩机连杆在工作过程中,受到由活塞杆传递的周期性气体力和惯性力联合作用的交变载荷,连杆的动态稳定性和结构尺寸直接影响着整个传动系统运行的平稳性及其可靠性。对初始设计的连杆进行屈曲分析,由分析结果可知连杆变形量较大,随着杆身厚度尺寸的增加变形量降低。在屈曲分析的基础上,进一步对连杆结构的尺寸参数进行改进和优化。By the alternating load combined with the cyclic and inertial forces on the connecting rod of large type of reciprocating compressor, the whole stability and reliability of transmission system was affected by the dynamic stability and structure dimension of connecting rod directly. Buckling analysis on the initial connecting rod was performed, it showed a larger deformation on the connect-ing rod, and the deformation on the connecting rod is reduced with the increase of thickness of connecting rod. On the buckling anal-ysis, the dimension parameters of connecting rod are improved and optimized.
