种公猪精液携带繁殖障碍性疫病病原的检测与分析

摘　　要：种公猪精液中携带的相关病毒会在生产中通过水平或垂直传播给母猪或仔猪,造成猪群繁殖障碍性疫病的爆发。为了解由精液垂直传播病毒病感染情况,本研究采用RT-PCR和PCR技术,对2015~2016年云南省某地区种猪场送检的50份精液样品进行猪瘟病毒(Classical swine fever virus,CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)、猪细小病毒(Porcine parvovirus,PPV)、日本乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese B encephalitis virus,JEV)和猪圆环病毒2型(Porcine circovirus type 2,PCV-2)的病毒检测。检测结果显示,CSFV、PRRSV、PPV、JEV和PCV-2均有检出,阳性数和阳性率分别为1份(2%)、2份(4%)、4份(8%)、1份(2%)和2份(4%),总的阳性率为20%。送检的样品既有单一感染,又有混合感染,其中PPV检出率最高。结果表明种公猪精液中存在繁殖障碍相关病毒,PPV带毒率在2016年的迅速升高值得重视,应加强对种公猪精液管理,及时淘汰带毒种公猪。The relevant viruses in boar semen could be transferred to sow or piglet horizontally and vertically, resulting in the breakout of the porcine reproductive disturbance. In order to detect the virus infection in semen, 50 semen samples obtained from a pig farm in Yunnan in 2015-2016, were detected by RT-PCR and PCR for the presence of Classical swine fever virus（CSFV）, Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus（PRRSV）, Porcine parvovirus（PPV）, Japanese B encephalitis virus（JEV） and Porcine circovirus type 2（PCV-2）. The positive rate of CSFV, PRRSV, PPV, JEV and PCV-2 were 2%, 4%, 8%, 2% and 4%, respectively. There were mixed infection in samples, among which PPV infection rate was the highest. Therefore, the virus transmission through boar semen was still one of the important causes for sow reproductive disorder, and the prevention and control of virus in boar semen should be strengthened.
