摘 要:以南海某项目水下生产系统为例,阐述水下生产系统的运行原理,探讨其进行联合调试的初始条件,总结联合调试的一般步骤,分析水下生产系统项目全生命周期中影响其联合调试的关键节点。结果发现:水下生产系统联合调试结果是判定系统是否机械完工和能否正常运行的重要标准,而决定其成功与否的因素贯穿整个项目生命周期。从项目启动阶段就对影响联合调试的关键节点严格把控,深入了解水下生产系统各设备的设计原理、功能和操作方法,全面掌握调试技术,科学合理地组织调试对调试成功与否至关重要。Underwater production system of a project in the South China Sea is taken as an example, the operation principle of the underwater production system is expounded, and the initial conditions for its joint commissioning are discussed. General steps of joint commis- sioning are summarized, and the key nodes that affect the joint commissioning of underwater production system in the life cycle of the underwater production system are analyzed. The re- suits show that the result of joint commissioning of underwater production system is the only criterion to determine whether the system is mechanically completed and whether it can oper- ate normally. The factors that determine the success or failure of the system run through the whole life cycle of the project. From the starting stage of the project, the key nodes which af- fect the joint debugging are strictly controlled, and the design principle, function and opera- tion method of each equipment in the underwater production system are thoroughly under- stood, and the comprehensive control of debugging technology and the scientific and reasona- ble organization of the debugging are very important to the success of the debugging.
