摘  要:尼日尔Goumeri油田2口定向井最大井斜角接近30°,水平位移超过750 m,在钻遇Sokor泥岩时易水化膨胀造成缩径;在钻遇低速泥岩段时泥页岩易剥落,引起掉块或井壁坍塌。现场钻进时,进入Sokor泥岩后,在KCl聚合物钻井液的基础上,引入3%聚合醇防塌剂,利用K+与聚合醇的协同复配作用,形成强抑制性、防塌KCl聚合醇钻井液体系。同时在斜井段混入2%液体润滑剂RH8501和5%柴油(V/V),改善钻井液润滑性,降低发生黏卡的风险。现场试验结果表明,使用強抑制性、防塌KCl聚合醇钻井液,可顺利解决钻遇Sokor泥岩和低速泥岩时地层坍塌、掉块和缩径问题。钻井液润滑性能良好,井壁光滑。在选定井段,井径规则,平均井径扩大率分别只有7.0%和10.9%。The two directional wells in Goumeri Block is with maximum inclination angle close to 30° and horizontal displacement more than 750 m. The Sokor shale is inclined to swell when hydrated, leading to tight hole ; while the low velocity shale is tend to slough to cause wellbore instability. On the basis of KC1 - Polymer drilling fluid, 3 % Polyglycol is added to create a high inhibition, anti -sloughing KC1 -Polyglycol drilling fluid system by using the cooperative anti -sloughing capability of K+ and Polyglycol. When drilling the inclination section, 2% liquid lu- bricant RH8501 and 5% diesel (V/V) are mixed into the drilling fluid to improve the lubrication ability and reduce the risk of pipe - sticking. The real drilling experience indicates that the above drilling problems when drilling Sokor shale and low velocity shale are successfully solved by using KC1 - Polyglycol drilling fluids. The borehole wall becomes quite smooth and the hole diameter is constant at specified section, with hole diameter enlargement ratio at 7.0% and 10.9% respectively.
