建筑施工中模板工程造价的敏感性分析——基于灰色关联分析法

摘　　要：首先分析模板工程造价构成及影响因素,在此基础上,采用灰色关联分析法,结合实际案例,计算模板材质、模板价格、模板周转次数、一次摊销量这四个影响因素对模板工程造价的影响程度,结果表明:模板工程造价对模板材质的敏感性不大,对模板价格、周转次数、一次摊销量敏感性较大且相当,进而提出增加模板周转次数、精确计算模板工程量等模板工程造价的控制与管理建议。Firstly,the paper analyzes the compositions and influencing factors of template engineering cost. On the basis,calculates the influencing degree of four factors named the material of the template,the price of the template,the turnover of the template and the one amortization of the template to the template engineering cost by combining actual cases with gray relation method. The results shows,the sensitivity of the material of the template is not obvious,and the sensitivities of other three factors is obvious and almost and equivalent. Then,proposes control and managemt suggestions of increasing the turnover times of the template and accurately calculating the amount of template engineering.
