摘　　要：浙江省＂三位一体＂综合合作实践源于习近平＂三位一体＂综合合作思想,落实为浙江农合联组织体系构建,具有显著的推广可能。本文梳理了浙江省＂三位一体＂综合合作的实践概况及其特点,进而对其中若干关键问题进行了进一步思考。研究发现,浙江农合联的实质是与供销社综合改革紧密结合的、具有创新生态系统属性的联盟性中介组织,其实践启示在于以农合联为＂体＂,让供销社充当农合联执委会并承担相应功能,以增量改革推动供销社深化改革、回归农民怀抱。The＂Trinity＂Comprehensive Cooperation Practice in Zhejiang Province Originates from Xi Jinping＇s ＂Trinity＂Comprehensive Cooperation Thought.It is implemented as an organizational system for the Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization Union（ FCEOU）,which has significant potential for promotion.This paper sorts out the general situation and characteristics of the ＂trinity＂comprehensive cooperation in Zhejiang Province,and further considers some of these key issues.The study found that the essence of FCEOU is an alliance agency with innovative ecosystem attributes that is closely integrated with the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives.Its practical revelation lies in taking agricultural cooperatives as the ＂body ＂,allowing the supply and marketing cooperatives to serve as the executive committee of agricultural cooperatives and undertake corresponding functions,and to promote supply and marketing cooperatives to deepen reforms and return to the farmers＇ arms with incremental reforms.
