摘　　要："十二五"期间河南省地方病防治基本达到了制订的防治规划目标,并且取得显著成效。笔者通过总结河南省"十二五"期间取得的地方病防治进展并分析"十三五"开局防治现况,探讨河南省地方病防治所面临的主要问题,列举今后工作的着力点和重点防治任务;围绕目前存在的主要问题和今后重点防治任务,有针对性地提出要强化健康教育,结合脱贫攻坚进行科学的、因地制宜的精细化的地方病防治策略。During the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period,the prevention and control of key endemic diseases in Henan Province have reached the goal of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂,and achieved remarkable results.This article mainly summarized the progress made in prevention and control of key endemic diseases in Henan Province during the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period,analyzing the current situation during the start ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂.To discuss the main problems in the prevention of endemic diseases in Henan Province,list the focus and key tasks in the future.Around the current problems and key tasks,put forward tactics to strengthen health education,develop scientifically,suit locally,and refine in prevention and control and combined with poverty alleviation.
